- "Client," "you," or "your" refers to the individual or entity renting equipment or using our Services
- "Equipment" refers to audio equipment, video equipment, podcast studio gear, and related accessories
- "Rental Period" refers to the agreed time frame for equipment rental
- "Services" includes equipment rental, podcast production, interview recording, and filming services
3. Equipment Rental Services
3.1 Booking and Reservation
- All equipment rentals must be booked in advance through our website, email, or phone
- Bookings are subject to equipment availability
- A confirmed booking requires acceptance of these Terms and payment of the required deposit
- We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
3.2 Rental Period
- Rental periods are calculated on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as specified in your booking
- The rental period begins when equipment is collected or delivered
- Equipment must be returned by the agreed return date and time
- Late returns may incur additional charges at our standard daily rate
3.3 Equipment Pickup and Delivery
- Equipment can be collected from our location or delivered to your specified address
- Delivery fees apply based on distance and equipment volume
- You must inspect equipment upon receipt and report any issues immediately
- Signature confirmation is required for equipment receipt and return
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- The price applicable is the one confirmed in your booking confirmation
- Additional charges may apply for delivery, setup, late returns, or damages
4.2 Payment Terms
- A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking
- The remaining balance is due before equipment collection or delivery
- We accept payment via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or approved payment methods
- Payment receipts will be provided upon request
- For corporate clients, payment terms may be negotiated in advance
4.3 Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit may be required for high-value equipment
- The security deposit will be refunded within 7-14 business days after equipment return
- Deductions may be made for damages, loss, or late returns
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 Equipment Care
You agree to:
- Use equipment only for its intended purpose
- Handle equipment with reasonable care
- Keep equipment secure and protected from theft, damage, or weather
- Not modify, repair, or alter equipment without written permission
- Follow all manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines
- Not sublet or allow third parties to use the equipment without our consent
5.2 Liability for Damage or Loss
Important: You are fully responsible for all rented equipment from the time of collection/delivery until its return.
- You must report any damage, malfunction, or loss immediately
- You are liable for repair costs or replacement value of damaged or lost equipment
- Normal wear and tear is acceptable; negligence or misuse is not
- We strongly recommend obtaining insurance coverage for rented equipment
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Cancellations must be made in writing (email)
- Cancellation fees apply based on timing

7. Equipment Availability and Substitution
- We make every effort to provide the specific equipment booked
- In rare cases, we may substitute equivalent or superior equipment
- If suitable substitution is not possible, we will offer a full refund
- We are not liable for consequential losses due to equipment unavailability
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the rental fee paid for the specific booking
- We are not responsible for project outcomes, quality of recordings, or production results
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free equipment operation
- You are responsible for backing up all data and content created using our equipment
9. Insurance
We strongly recommend that clients obtain appropriate insurance coverage for:
- Damage to or loss of rented equipment
- Public liability
- Professional indemnity (for commercial use)
Proof of insurance may be required for high-value equipment rentals.
10. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website is protected by copyright and trademark laws
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission
- You retain all rights to content created using our equipment
- We may use project photos/videos for marketing purposes with your consent
11. Technical Support
- We provide basic technical support during business hours
- On-site technical support may be available for an additional fee
- Equipment manuals and guides are provided where available
- We are not responsible for user error or lack of technical knowledge
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions or restrictions
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
- Equipment failure due to manufacturer defects
